End User License Agreement (EULA) for Real Time Transport LLC

    This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Real Time Transport LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the United States, governing your use of the website located at www.realtimetransportllc.com (the “Website”) and any associated services or software provided by Real Time Transport LLC (collectively, the “Services”).     7. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL TIME TRANSPORT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
